Does laser hair removal hurt?
We do our best to ensure your comfort, but there is some discomfort associated with the laser. For hair removal, the feeling is described as a "hot pinch". We numb the area with ice to help make the experience more comfortable.
How many treatments does laser hair removal take?
Depending on your skin tone and hair colour, laser hair removal tends to take on average 6-8 treatments. You should be able to notice a reduction in growth each time.
How long do I wait between hair removal treatments?
Based on growth cycle of hair, you should wait at least 8 weeks between body treatments and 6 weeks between face treatments for optimal efficiency.
How do I prepare for hair removal treatments?
Our laser targets the hair follicle so you need to stop waxing or plucking (or anything else that removes the root of the hair) 6 weeks before treatment. You are welcome to shave as much as you'd like as that does not disrupt the hair follicle. Before your treatment, please come in with the area shaved. Please ensure you are not wearing any make up or lotions on the area to be laser.
How long does a Botox® Cosmetic Treatment take on average?
On average, botox cosmetic can be done in under half and hour. It's non-invasive and performed in clinic exclusively by Dr Neufeld. There is no down time so you should be able to return to non-strenuous activities right away.
How much does Botox® Cosmetic Treatment cost?
Botox cosmetic treatment prices can vary depending on the area being treated. It tends to range anywhere from around 10 units (100$) and up. We will will consult with you ahead of time to go over goals of the treatment and the price it will cost.
